

Trevor Wilde is a dance artist based in Portland, Oregon. He received his BFA in Modern Dance from University of Utah. During his time there, he was able to perform in works by various Salt Lake City-based artists and San Francisco-based artist Katie Faulkner. He has performed with Wasatch Contemporary Dance Company and the Polaris Dance Theatre. In addition to ballet and contemporary training, Wilde has also trained in Bharatanatyam technique and performed with Chitrakaavya Dance in Salt Lake City, UT with the Minneapolis-based Ragamala Dance Company.
In addition to performance credits, Wilde's work has been presented by Snow College, the Kinuko Modern Dance Company, the University of Utah, the Fertile Ground Festival of New Work, and the "Dare to Dance" choreographic competition presented by MADCO2 in St. Louis, MO, where he was the recipient of the "Audience Choice" award. Wilde has also produced with his co-choreographer Lucy Dillon"River Daze," a site-specific performance in the Tom McCall Waterfront Park in Portland, OR, as well as his work "Anotherwom(e)n" alongside choreographer Beth Whelan in the self-produced show "Two of a Kind."
Before relocating to Portland Wilde was awarded a full tuition scholarship to attend “Excavate,” a week long intensive workshop with the Joe Goode Performance Group in San Francisco, CA which trained in modern dance technique, partnering, performance, choreography, improvisation, and vocal training. He is currently a dancer with the Shaun Keylock Company in Portland, OR.
